Vegetarian Chile
1-2 chopped onions 1 chopped green pepper
2-3 carrots thinly sliced 28 oz.can crushed tomatoes
12 oz. frozen or 1 can corn 2 cans black,pinto or kidney beans
1/2 cup water 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
2 tsp. cumin few shakes Tabasco
1 tbl. chili powder
Cook in crock pot 4-6 hours low. serve over brown rice or pasta.
