I was looking for a side dish recipe I made years ago, found it and decided to share it.

Creamy Corn Casserole

12 oz. can cream corn

1/2 cup finely chopped celery

1 cup cracker crumbs

1/2 cup finely chopped onion 

1 cup grated cheese

1 tsp. salt

2 beaten eggs

1 cup milk

2 Tbl. margarine

1 cup chopped green chili

Combine ingredients, pour into greased 1 1/2 quart casserole, bake 50 min. @ 350 degrees.
