Catholics

I joined the Catholic church intending it to please my second husband. It was also the reason I had my third child, I thought giving him a child of his own would make him stop drinking. How wrong! He just drank more. My daughter no longer speaks to me and I haven't been a practicing Catholic for 25 years. After my divorce from said husband I no longer wanted to be told how to think and act by men of the cloth. It took a long time for me realize this. I had always had direct communication with God and really didn't need a third party to interfere.   

Survival

Yesterday I survived my first Medicare appointment. After the questions offered by the nurse the nurse practitioner came in to do her thing. I couldn't resist wondering out loud why with thousands marching in protest of Trump he hasn't been assassinated. Her answer was,"he is the president". After thinking about her answer for hours, I had to laugh. In the history of presidents there have been five assassinations. among them Lincoln and JFK. I certainly wouldn't put Trump in that category. In my opinion both Trump and Musk belong in prison for what they have done to the United States, starting with buying the election. My question would be, why is nobody doing anything about that? That started everything. We have never had a president who believes he is God and he can defy the constitution. I hope I live long enough to enjoy the outcome of this crap! 

The NP went on for ten minutes about how great Trump is and stating that everything against him is propaganda and lies. I ended by saying she was entitled to think what she wanted to. I should have added-and so am I!

A question

I wonder if those thousands of people marching against Trump on the weekend of April 6th kept one word (leave) in mind this weekend, would God listen?

I don't get it!

Every day I wake up with the thought that this may be Trump's last day as president. I really don't care if he is thrown in prison, a mental institution or plain dead. I just want him gone! I never thought in my 87 years of life that I would live to see one man defy the courts and do whatever he desires. That is just plain sick. It is like he has protection from somewhere! It was recently that thousands of every day people marched against him in every Sate.It apparently didn't matter. He continues to do whatever he feels like, whatever the law says. I really do not understand. What in the hell is he still doing here? 

False Alarm

As it is now April 14th and Trump is still alive and kicking, apparently the picture of him in a casket was false. Trump has many things up his sleeve to destroy everything most people rely on. His latest is screwing up Social Security. I have a word of warning for you Mr. Trump If you try to screw up Social Security you can't even imagine the number of people who will stop you. You might want to stay in Florida because you will never again be able to enter the white house. I'm not sure how this is going to end, but you had better lay off doing anything to Social Security.

Fraud

Everyone knows there was voter fraud in the last election. My question is why isn't anyone doing anything about it? Musk helped Trump win by buying votes- no secret. In the last two months Trump has gotten by with pretty much whatever he wants, as long as it puts money in his hands and the hands of his rich friends. He doesn't care how much it costs the average person. How much more shit is he going to get by with before he is put in prison or a mental institution?

Join or not

Today as I opened my computer I noticed several posts about crowds gathering all over the United States  to protest Trumps games. I knew I couldn't join them but I could respond to the posts and pass them on. I am sick of the government not doing anything to stop this crap. but maybe the massive crowds will cause them to get rid of this insane creature before he destroys everything he touches. Somehow he needs to be stopped! I am not sure what is wrong with him, but something is!

True or false

A few days ago I saw something that came through on Facebook that stuck in my mind. It was a picture of Trump in a casket with the date April 12. I know the 12th is on a weekend and he always spends his time on a plane traveling to Florida to waste more money on golf. At last count it was 18.2 million. I can't even imagine that much money. Anyway I will wait another week to see what happens.
